\nStyrofoam adhesive is a cement-based material, powder and limestone granules up to 0.8 mm, acrylic resin and reinforced with synthetic fibers. The formulation of the materi-al is specially designed in adequate ratios to perform a perfect adhesion of the substrate to the Styrofoam and then to the Styrofoam coating with mesh. The material enjoys high workability and resistance against moisture. Used in combination with mineral or acrylic facades. Suitable for gluing thermal insulation panels such as: polyester panels, stone wool, etc.
\nPreparation
\nPrior to application of the product, the surface should be clean, free of dust and grease. A bag of powder is mixed with 6.5-7 liters of clean water. Mixing is done with an electric mixer up to 300 rpm, until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Leave to rest for 5 minutes and then mix again.
\nConsumption
\nAs an adhesive: 3-5 kg\/m2
\nAs a leveling layer: 1,5-2 kg\/m2
\nIt is advisable to apply in suitable weather conditions at temperatures 5-35\u00b0 C, within 4
